Ball people ...

Having watched the Burnley v Blackburn game yesterday where the ball people threw a ball back on as soon as one was kicked off, why don't we sort this out. I understand that the club wants to give the little people the job, but they forget why they are there and sit on their little seats leaving the players to get the ball. It must cost us at least 5 minutes in a match.
