Blimey, how cold was it last night. Not for me I was wrapped up warm ... but the poor sods from Welling and Histon who served up the most uninspiring game of football since Charlton played Villa.
Luckily I only paid £5.
An interesting thread on Netaddicks where Suzi Sausage went to Italy for the Rome/ Lazio Derby. It seems she was impressed by the "passion" of the supporters. A bit of flag waving, booing, whistling doesn't really rock my world ... but hey. It's funny when someone goes to watch football in another country and gets blown away with a different experience. It's the same with everyone, but you can't compare the two. Going to Brazil to watch Flamengo is different from going to watch Charlton, as is going to Rome to watch Lazio/ Roma, as is going to watch Chievo against Bologna. Football means different things to different people. If you wanted passion you should go to Welling against Weymouth!!!!
It's snowing and Benty makes his England debut tonight. Don't miss it ...
