Sunshine on a rainy day ...

Well ... it's the Notting Hill Carnival and you should always wear a clean pair of pants ...

It's been a weird couple of days, well I say weird ... I really mean drunken. Two days at Notting Hill, pail/ pale into insignificance. I'm back at work, quality ... shmollerty.

The Charlton boys lost the plot up at Manchester. Luckily I didn't spend another 100 squids on making the journey. The rain fell for bits of the weekend, but I was also able to get rid - I mean give out the last 50 badges.

I also got through some fine sloe vodka, most of a bottle of Appleton rum, some coors lites ... some buds ... and some patties, fried fish and corn.

Respect to Good Times ... it's always a pleasure to get down to some of the tunes. It does make me laugh when people question attending the Carnival, because it's a bit dodgy. They should try going to Grimsby on a tuesday night.

I hope you dig my Sunday afternoon atire above. Gold was definately a must ... I was strictly blinging.

Anyway, 5 minutes of typing and I haven't moaned ... let's move on.

What is it with people who feel they can sit on a train and put their feet on the seat in front. I'm not talking about Chavvy Dave and the Burberry kid here. I'm talking about supposed respectable suburbanites, with Camper trainers, levis and North Face rucksacks. You know the type. Reading the Observer on a train on a Sunday, that was a tad packed but wouldn't move. I was in pleasant company so didn't bother starting.

Oh and the trains were fcuked this morning. Typical eh. A couple of days off and it all goes pear shaped. Anyway ... how are you Kev? No texts recently !!!!

Have I said how good the Notting Hill Carnival was ... I may have another pic or two for you later on ... so watch this space.
