There I am reading the Metro this morning, the letters page to be precise. We have Ed from Herts, who says "Am I the only one who couldn't give a monkey's about the Olympics?"

Well thanks Ed ... thanks for that insite in your psyche. A monkeys about the Olympics ... jeeeez. Maybe one of the only events that brings the world together, cutting through racial, religious, ginger tensions. What's the betting that Ed, is a merchant, or maybe 25 stone or just shite at sport???

I would have to agree with Clive from London though. Why is tennis an Olympic sport?
