Blow me down

There's a story out there that 1600 Cup Final tickets have been stolen. The FA or the Millenium Stadium or someone who's up their own ass won't replace the tickets. So some poor sod who's paid maybe £75 for a ticket is left with nothing!!!! How does that work. Surely the tickets are insured, and the Post Office would have to reimburse people? Say that was me. Charlton had got to the Final, I know ... I know, but I had been told my ticket had been lost and I wouldn't be getting a replacement. WTF. I'd be asking a few questions.
