So the word is that no one want to watch it. A bunch of freaks, wannabees, fakers ... well we all know we will be hooked. We'll watch them all in. And watch them out one by one.
Jesus.
Graham Poll. Now there's a name to conjure with. There's a song that they all sing? I can't remember how it goes, but it sums him up exactly. The back pages are full of his chirping. Now I'm sure it was him that dished out 3 yellow cards to the Croat. It was the pinnacle of his career, what any referee would aspire to do. But he fcuked it. Poor old Poll, what a f'n assehole.
I've been growing my beard. I've booked a cut throat shave tomorrow so I can see the benefits. I can't wait. It's gone all fluffy.
It's still raining out. Of course I've had clothes on the line for about 4 days now.

Rain
Didn't it just!!!!!
Football, cricket and a BBQ were planned for this weekend. Hey ho. The BBQ went well although in-doors, Blackpool won the footie in the rain, and the rain eased off so the Wet Indies could sucumb. Ho humb.
So it'll be a mad rush for Blackpool tickets next season!!! They have nine thousand capacity and already half the Charlton are planning long weekends. Maybe not in January though.
Bluewater on a Bank Holiday Monday, not my dea of heaven.
Ikea .. what a bunchm of turnips. There I am putting a a wardrobe togther, and it collapses. On my foot. Bring it back they say!!!! It's a wardrobe!!!! I hired a van to get it in the first place. So no more Ikea for me ... they can stick their tea tree lights.

Moaney, moan, moan
With the hot weather, why are people still wearing over coats? They stink up the place.
Why do people throw rubbish on the floor, spit and eat fast food on the tube?
It's going to be a wet bank holiday.

Statement of fact
It's been a weird few days.
I'm playing at the Valley this afternoon, in aid of Demelza House a childrens hospice. A few of the reprobates from the Chalton Life forum will be playing, so if you want to pledge some money do it here .
The sun is shinning.
Oh Charlton got a holiday, into the Championship. The problem is they could be playing Blackpool next season!!! You have to laugh. However it coul be Yeovil they play. I've been to the Old Huish Park to see Welling.

Operation Relegation
We came, we saw we conquered ... NOT!!!
Oh well, Seven years in the promised land, is all Martin Luther King could have wished. But we went out with a wimper, and what a wimper at that. One leave victory away from home since October 2005. That's relegaion for you. I'm not sure why we should suddenly turn it all around in the Championship, it's either the Birmingham way or the highway.
Southport is once again on us. Even Tim has been a little lethargic with his enjoyment of the upcoming event. Maybe Leeds have finally got to him?
It's grim up North. Matter of fact. Tash had her passport holder niked last weekend, and Debbie a lippy. Straight from their bags. I told her top wear a bum bag, she didn't heed my advice.
A nice afternoon was spent on Sunday at the Non Boat Party, After Party. Don't ask.
Somehow I ended up in Ikea Edmonton on Sunday morning. It's oooooh so different from Lakeside. It's what, 10 miles away and it's a whole world apart.
